Obamagate Must Result in Criminal Prosecutions

The proper recourse to this is for the people to simply cease enforcing the law at the jury stage. From now on everyone is innocent even if proven to be guilty. NO convictions at the bottom if there are going to be no convictions at the top. They want to play this game, let us ALL play this game. I suggest that if you serve on a jury that you refuse to vote guilty no matter the charge. If there is no law, no enforcement, and no accountability we can save lots of money firing every last policeman, state trooper, and judge on the payroll. We don't need them if they are just actors put in place by the higher ups to make us think we have a civil society. The people will enforce laws at the street level on their own terms. Justice will be swift and there will be few repeat offenders.

Another benefit is enforcement in this manner WILL include everyone, including the higher ups. Today's legal structure serves two purposes. One is to keep us lower types under control. The other is to act as a shield for the crimes committed by the higher ups protecting them from prosecution. Get rid of it and they are at the mercy of their actions like everyone else is.

Never Going to Happen is the mantra of the cynical crowd on FR. It gets old. I prefer people like Trump, Barr, and Grennel who are doing something about it, unlike the naysayers you never will do a thing. It turns out that draining the swamp is profoundly hard. Both political parties, the bureaucrat professionals, the judiciary and the bar are completely infected with corruption who have many ways of fending off those trying to bring them to justice.

This time, I believe that indictments and convictions of members of the Obama Administration. They were so convinced that Clinton would win that they got sloppy and left evidence of their crimes. Some, but certainly not all, will go to prison. Unfortunately, the higher they were in the hierarchy, the more likely are they to escape justice. The reason is simple: they get the little people to do the dirty work and therefore leave much less evidence. Look how hard and how long the effort took to topple the major crime families and these people are much smarter than mob dons. And, they have more power where it really counts, in the halls of politics and law.

Of course if Trump is not reelected, the naysayers will be proven to be right, but I believe that he will be reelected and we will send some of these crooks to jail. More importantly, civil suits will take big chunks out of the establishment power bases.

A beautiful dream but it is just that. A dream.

Judges and DAs have many a tool to get what they want. A jury can be polled to expose anyone who engages in jury nullification of that sort. A judge can send a jury back to keep deliberating. A mistrial can be declared and charges filed again. Contempt of court can also be charged and some jurors will be going to jail. Especially if other jurors spill the beans to the prosecutors.

But...if it is war they want then the courts can be clogged for decades.

I'm no attorney but I have seen it happen.

There may be criminal prosecutions but two of them won’t be Obama or Biden. Barr has already said that.

Contempt of We The People has a price as well. When we citizens have had enough of this double standard, those currently thinking they are in charge will not be respected nor obeyed. It will be officially OVER for them and as such, because of the multitude of abuses they all have committed against us, they will all be on the run for their lives. It can, has, and WILL happen again as the people themselves get fed up to the point of taking things into their own hands.
