Antifa is not a designated terror group. In fact there is no such thing as a designated terror group. I'm going to post an article on the topic and will ping you.
That's not to say the Attorney General and the President noting them as a terror group doesn't have an impact, it does, mostly under the Patriot Act and some follow up legislation.
