It is too politically incorrect to say, but instead of blaming guns wouldn't it be more helpful to identify the real cause of the violence that plagues certain neighborhoods in the Bronx?

The residents of those neighborhoods know what the real issue is, but are unable to confront it.

Almost all of the violence comes straight from young men, many of whom are members of violent gangs, who turn to violence to resolve disputes over just about anything, or who use violence to pursue their criminal activities.

Trying to stop their behavior by making it harder to get the tools of their trade is foolish.

How do poor people get guns? Madam, they get it from people who illegally got the guns. I doubt they got them from Shooter’s World (a gun store chain in the Tampa Bay area.)
