Some years back there was a similar case up in Canada where a guy found a skull in the woods and kept it as a souvenir. The cops were going crazy trying to track down a missing person when the idiot shows up with it “Maybe this will help?”. The cops were PIST!!
Many comments along the lines posted here about the weirdness of some people.
