That’s sad.

Maybe they’ll bring Art Fleming back.

If you’re old enough to remember Art Fleming, you’re old.

I'm old then at 56.

*********************************

My parents were friends with him and his wife. He also died of pancreatic cancer, just a couple of weeks after he was diagnosed. Oddly enough, my father died of it too.

He was a man who knew everything. He had a radio show that was called something like, Stump Art Fleming. He had an undefeated record.

I remember Art Fleming.

Quick test: Who was the announcer for Fleming? (The guy who did Johnny Gilbert’s job.)

He went on to a more famous TV announcer gig.
