The Supremes wanted Pennsylvania et al to respond and they are like "We looked into it and we did nothing wrong"

SCOTUS will say "Well they looked it into it and they said they did nothing wrong".

Which will settle the issue for SCOTUS.

If that be the case, and the Justices cannot read into the implications of their decision to selectively enforce the Constitution...then it’s time for Texas and other states to do the same.

First out of the box will likely be Texas and other states nullifying Biden’s upcoming gun grab.

They are afraid of even a dissenting opinion being put on the record. Probably better to not hear it than to set some kind of precedent though.

The should throw out ballots that did not meet the standards. The US constitution asserts that state legislatures only decide election law. Further that state legislatures may not give that duty up and that no judicial or executive branch may usurp that duty.
