On Thursday a far-left-wing activist posted to Twitter a “proposed map” of two new countries, the United States of Canada and Jesusland. Shortly thereafter, she deleted the map from her Twitter feed and apologized once she realized what she’d done.
The mistake left-wing activist Amy Siskind made was assuming that conservatives would take offense to be separated into their own country. It turns out, in fact, that conservatives would absolutely love and adore the idea.
Below is a screenshot of Siskind’s original tweet:
In Siskind’s fantasy world, horribly-run far-left states such as California, Oregon, and New York would be annexed to Canada and thus become part of the new left-wing nation known as the United States of Canada.
Meanwhile, the rest of the states — including Florida, Texas, North Carolina, etc. — would form their own new right-wing country named Jesusland.
It’s presumed that Jesusland would be a true utopia, per se, where religious freedom, free speech, gun rights, due process, deregulation, and common sense would be valued, whereas the USC would be a macroscopic version of the hellhole known as California.
Thus, with these presumptions in mind, Siskind’s proposal seemed like a winning proposition.

I will vote to confirm your proposal… can I vote by mail?

Don’t threaten us with a good time!

I would happily pay more taxes if needed to make up for net federal losses from blue states if it meant I never had to care what they think again.

Honestly, agreed. Let’s just get this overwith. Jesus land will need strong border walls for sure

JesusLand is a place of tolerance and self determination. The patriotic surge will create an economy the likes of which the word has never seen. Also we have a lot of oil.

I love that this is an attempt to demean people in red states… as if! Blues can have the majority of money (they’ll still be broke overspending) and Ivy League schools, I’ll take 90% of the guns, free speech, balanced budgets, faith, kindness, honesty and voluntary community

The only real complaint was that some of the states and Canadian territories included in the USC would fit better in Jesusland because of their local citizens’ political views.
Like one critic opined, “The problem with this proposal is that Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, most of British Columbia, and much of eastern Washington, eastern Oregon, and much of northern California would choose to go with the freedom-and-liberty nation.”
The critic was somewhat right.
Below is a map detailing California’s political divides:
It looks like the northern and eastern parts of California would be more inclined toward joining Jesusland, meaning the state would have to be broken apart in Siskind’s fictional world. That, of course, wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing.

This map is not accurate, the east side of the Pacific states would also join Jesusland as well as western PA

It troubles me how little yall know about Canada. Alberta and Saskatchewan blue? Shieeet we’ve been begging for trump to invade and take us over

Siskind deleted the original tweet shortly after posting it and then later published an apology in which she claimed she’d “offended” people …
Look:
I sent a tweet in response to Limbaugh’s comments on secession that was meant to be cheeky in response to the hypocrisy of the GOP not wanting to “bail out” blue states w/ Covid. It was poorly written and the meme was a bad choice. Was offline for a few hours…

and came back to the shitstorm I had caused.
My apologies to anyone offended. It was just sloppy work and I take the responsibility and will be more careful in constructing what I post. I am always a work in progress, but today I failed. Please accept my apology.

But who in the world did she offend?
Far-left liberals just like her, ironically enough. As members of some of the states she’d designated as parts of Jesusland, they took great offense to her proposal because they believe Republicans want to “slaughter” them …
Look (*Language warning):
there’s a lot of queer and black people in those red states, dude. they are not going to be okay.
— Merry Magdalene (@MagsVisaggs) December 10, 2020
It makes sense that you voted for McCain and have the job you do because you hate black ppl (who are most of the southern population) and poor ppl.
Good job throwing out multiple states w/ queer and more specifically trans state senators, but lmao 🏳️🌈 in the name rite? <3

Y’all are shocked that @amy_siskind doesn’t care about poc? She’s literally the poster child of Hillary supporters who voted for McCain bc they wanted a woman in the White House before a black man. She’s awful. pic.twitter.com/jC2D99QOvV

yeah let’s just abandon all of the queer people, POC, and poor people stuck in red states and working to make their situation better. let the rich republicans in power slaughter us all.
F--- you. pic.twitter.com/dDd7NUhXFF

Dear Miss Siskind: Behold your own base. And then ask yourself — really ask yourself — which side would you prefer to align with, hmmm?
> And Alberta and maybe British Columbia and Saskatchewan and maybe Quebec too! <
You’re right. I forgot about the conservative parts of Canada. This new country idea is looking better and better.
Aw man.... where can I get one of those shirts? LOL.
I shouldn’t find that shirt funny. It is crude, lewd, and inappropriate. I want one.
I doubt Hawaii would want to be part of Canada.
There are PLENTY of Canadians who would like to move to “Jesusland” too. Just sayin...
We’d all love this, but it would only work with a huge wall patrolled by guard dogs to keep liberals out. Otherwise, liberals will inevitably invade our sandbox once they realize they’ve thoroughly crapped in their own with their godless, marxist worldviews. That’s exactly what’s happening with liberal flight from CA, NY, Ill as they leave to infect other states with their idiocy.
I’d actually say, slice off southeast Michigan and had it to Commieland, and the rest should join Jesusland.
Folks would still go to Memphis, Nashville, Orlando, New Orleans, Miami, Atlanta, Houston.
All the blue kids would still come south to party.
Poor ‘lil Miss Amy has apparently never seen the red-blue county map of the U.S. Yeah, let’s split. County option on which country to join. We have plenty of buildable land for corporate headquarters relocating from downtown. Let the blue areas generate their own electricity, desalinate their own drinking water, and dispose of their own waste. And house their own prisoners, because we won’t take them any longer.
North of Monroe County, please. Or at least add the Western side to Lenawee County. The Trump signs are still all over the place here.
Hell yes, but the Jesus-land needs to extend into Canada west, (Not British Columbia, thats California North) making sure you get Northern Ontario, right up to Hudson Bay.
I would think using Comnmieland as a place to exile our own criminals might be a good play, though...
Yep, definitely western PA (see tagline)
Fine by me. The same story in Ingham county, so we’ll need to give Grinchin away as well.
da phuck if libtards are taking wisconsin
As I have said for years...North America should have been divided up vertically, not horizontally.
And if divided up vertically by Ideology, what you would get is a thin sliver of blue on west coast and a thin sliver in the central region (kind of directly below Ontario)
The red strip vertically cut through NA would control most food production and energy.
But, I’m an Albertan, so maybe biased
We’ll keep Trump, and Baraq can become Grand Caliph of the rest.
Siskind is a backslid Jew. At least her name is Jewish. I have no umbrage toward our Hebrew brethren. I love Israel, and admire many U.S. Jewish individuals. But Siskind and her ilk are a large part of what turned our halls of academe into mental $h!tholes, and the hallowed halls of government along with it. Her wackadoodle gerrymandering idea for our Nation is Exhibit-A.
And western Ontario, Northern Ontario, most of Quebec, Eastern BC and most likely the Eastern Provinces.
What would be lost is the Great Lakes region...the high population concentrations.
Does that mean we can jack up the price of power to the People’s Republic of California until they scream?
And build lots of nukes for our own use?
