I’ve got a simpler idea. How about a voter id card like every other civilized non-banana republic in the world. Its a photo id and required 2-factor authentication. The id contains a chip like your credit card and a PIN that only the voter knows. If the photo, the card, and the PIN don’t agree your vote doesn’t get counted. To get an absentee ballot you must be authenticated online, no unsolicited unsigned ballots with addresses from UPS stores and vacant lots. When you die your card and PIN dies with you as part of receiving a legal death certificate. If its good enough for Wells Fargo Bank it should be good enough for the state election boards. The only people who oppose this are people who benefit from fraud.
Your proposal is dead in the water. The Democrats hold a winning hand. Why would they agree to any changes?
The time to fix all this (and so much more) was during the golden years of 2017 and 2018. We held the presidency and both Houses of Congress at that time.
But not a whole lot was done back then. Who’s to blame for that? It doesn’t really matter to me. The opportunity is gone. And with the Dominion voting machines in place, that opportunity will not come again.

It's about the integrity of the people who did this. These were people in high offices of trust, who went into it from the start with fingers crossed and intent to steal.

The Presidential Election criteria should be identical throughout the country. This individual States making up it’s own rules is a lot of crap. I’m sure that’s not what our forefathers intended.

I thought of one more thing. Have a set number of ballots run through every machine that is going to tabulate the vote if they come out the same number you put in they’re working okay if they have too many votes for one candidate or the other the machine is pulled and set aside for repair.. The machine must be able to count the ballots correctly!

On of the main reasons for citizens having only the power to vote for representatives is that the delegates had given power to originate bills for appropriating taxes uniquely to the House (1.7.1).
In other words, it was up to citizens to "impeach and remove" tax-crazy Democrats out of office.
Also, the corrupt federal government has long ignored that one of the few main powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given the feds to dictate an aspect of domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (1.8.7).

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, a constitutional lawmaker, had clarified that the Founding States had trusted the states, not the feds, with the care of the people.

In other words, most federal domestic policy is now based on stolen state powers and uniquely associated state revenues, such revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

So why are patriots now being oppressed under the boots of an unconstitutionally big federal government?
Consider that the Con-Con delegates had given the power to vote for senators uniquely to the state legislatures. This is because the delegates had intended for the Senate to kill House bills which stole state powers and uniquely associated state revenues.
The problem with the Senate now is this. The anti-constitutional republic Progressive Movement had spooked low-information voters into twisting the arms of state legislatures to ratify the ill-conceived 17th Amendment. State legislatures caved and ratified that amendment, foolishly giving up the voices of the state legislatures in Congress.
Now, corrupt senators who evidently don't understand or respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers any better than the voters do, promise voters everything under the sun to get themselves elected.
And as a consequence of relying on the feds, instead of their respective states, to establish the "government" social spending services that the citizens of a given state want, voters have unthinking abused their 17A powers by doing the following.
When misguided citizens vote for senators they unthinkingly elect crooks who ignore the fed's constitutionally limited powers, crooks who only ignore 10th Amendment-protected state sovereignty, but also bypass the Constitution's Article V process for petitioning the states for new federal government powers when they help the House to pass unconstitutional bills.
The consequence of the feds ignoring the Constitution is that it is now impossible to reverse-engineer the federal government's unconstitutional powers to Congress's Section 8-limited powers.
Again we are in a situation where constitutionally low-information voters have unthinkingly expanded the unconstitutionally big federal government powers by abusing their 17A powers to elect corrupt senators.
Regarding restoring voting integrity, patriots need to clue their state legislatures that the corrupt feds are stealing state revenues and to work with PDJT to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.
And to make such changes permanent, patriots need to further support PDJT in leading the states to repeal the 17th Amendment.
The 16th Amendment can disappear too.
