There won’t be such a thing as an ineffectual Jesus, that by definition is a false prophecy. If Jesus is coming soon, then by definition He will solve this problem, simply by replacing the nation with the kingdom, and making citizenship in the kingdom the primary question, rather than citizenship in the nation.
This may solve the problems of many different nations at the same time.
I don’t claim to have any special insights, I have stated on FR in the past that I think this may be the outcome and the solution, but I am just using the logic of the situation itself, most important the resemblance of the modern world to the prophetic end times of Biblical prophecy. Whether God actually puts these things into motion or not is unknown and unknowable to you or me. But it certainly would not be a huge surprise if that happened.
It’s not a solution that we can count on, maybe for the time remaining the solution most likely to give temporary relief would be a coalition of states if not declaring outright independence then taking a combative approach to the socialist pro-Chinese government and for those reasons, that such policies are inherently treasonous.
