At my age, I've grown a bit impatient. I may not have "years" to spare. But, I'm physically fit, have excellent eyesight, and overall healthy condition right now. We need to do something NOW.

You forgot to include Eliminate The Electoral College, Make Puerto Rico a State, Make Washington D.C. a State, make all other U.S. Territories into States, Break Up Present States Into More New States, Allow All Criminals and Allow All Illegal Immigrants to Vote!
