Absolutely nothing according to an earlier discussion I had with some constitutional experts who post here. Pence was constitutionally obligated to do nothing with this hot mess, despite Pennsylvania and other states asking for additional time to review fraud.
1.They kill the Filibuster
2. They pack the Courts
3. The change election law so as to mirror California's permanent one party rule
4. They seize 2/3's of Congress
5 They seize the State Legislatures
5. They change the Constitution to outlaw guns.
6. Anything they feel like now.
Not to worry, Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush will save us.

On another thread I just read that Cuomo is sending the NY National guard (1000 members) for two weeks to DC to “facilitate” a peaceful transition of power.

I think they will focus more on utterly ridiculous “social justice” laws and regulations like “privilege tax” against whites, gender pronoun laws, call a woman “she” it will be classified as a hate crime. Oh it’s gonna be real fun and that will be just in the first 6 months.
