The wreckage of TWA Flight 800 is set to be destroyed — nearly 25 years after the doomed aircraft crashed off the coast of Long Island, killing all 230 people on board.
For the last two decades, the reconstructed Boeing 747 has been housed in a Virginia hangar and used by the National Transportation Safety Board as a training tool for accident investigators.
But the federal agency on Monday announced it planned to decommission and destroy the wreckage, as its lease on the 30,000-square-foot Ashburn warehouse is set to expire.

KSM hasn’t even been brought to trial yet for 9/11.
Or someone didn't want someone or something leaving the country on that plane and shot it down intentionally. The GAO admitted to losing accountability on exported Stinger missiles.

Having flown the 747, and the JFK-CDG route, the center fuel tanks (the one that exploded) would normally be empty. The center tank is the last filled and first emptied. This is the same for all Boeing’s. Paris is a relatively short flight - 7:00 hours. The wing tanks had plenty of room for the necessary fuel.
There is literally no way that enough oxygen could have entered that center fuel tank to explode because of a spark. No way. And besides, the explosion would have been more of a rupture than an explosion that would have ripped the tank open where the aircraft would rapidly be torn apart but would not have blown the front of the aircraft off.
So let me get this straight. Right in the middle of a Navy exercise, somebody (NOT the Navy) floats in with a stinger missile and shoots down an airliner? And then floats away Scot free With no one noticing?
The FWD cargo door opened in flight. Look up UA 811. The exact same spot except it made it back to earth in one piece. If you look at 800 wreckage photos you will see the paint transference above the windows.
Unless the Navy's job was to control which boats were allowed in and which were kept away.

Actually if the nose went first (no fire damage and on radar plus debris field) Then the Zoom climb has merit. You lose a couple of tone of the nose you will pitch up. Foreign Objects ejected for the cargo compartment and cabin damaged the engines (engine damage) and started the fire. The first fireball was the CTR wing and the second lower down was the LH wing I think. (eyewitness testimonies)

They have special TLM recording equipment and operators onboard.

In my opinion, the center fuel tank explosion is much more plausible than the missile theory. There have been at least three center wing tank explosions and Boeing has developed and deployed nitrogen inserting systems in their aircraft.
The other thing to consider is the Olympics were about to start with the world flying into the USA. Couldn't have everybody freaked out about planes getting shot down. So give Boeing a bunch of money, and let them take the hit.
