What could be more ’80s Hollywood than two child stars sneaking off on a date to Johnny Carson’s set?
SNIP
Interestingly, he says that although his politics skewer very much to the left, his stand-up audience is generally Republican.
“I’m very progressive so I find a way on stage to balance it,” he explained. “To not sell out and yet not let the people who voted for Trump feel less than entertained. It’s a real tightrope walk. I enjoy it and it’s because I respect people with dissenting opinions. Something that’s not happening in America right now.”

So he’s smarter than Michael J. Fox after all.
She did not age well...................
Former child actor groveling to once again become somewhat relevant.
Her daughter Zoe looks like the BEFORE photo, with
Lisa being the AFTER photo, showing all the ravages of time,
dissatisfaction and high quality Ganja.
I saw Dana Carvey at a private show the night Trump was Inaugurated. His show was highly political, yet just flat out funny.
He figured out how to walk the tightrope. I suspect he leans center right but you really could not tell.
He was like the old comedians who figured out ways to make fun of but not be offensive. To me, he’s the gold standard of current comedians
A few of those SNL stars during his time there turned out to be conservative.
Her husband is Aquaman.
Dennis Miller and Victoria Jackson for sure. Maybe some others I'm not aware of.
I always enjoyed Carvey’s George H.W. Bush impression. It was funny without being contemptuous of Bush. I saw an interview with Norm MacDonald once and he claimed that the key to a successful impression is having some affection for the person you are impersonating. For this reason, he didn’t like Alec Baldwin’s Trump impression, because Baldwin was too obviously expressing his contempt for Trump. He believed that Baldwin’s contempt ruined the impression and made it not funny. I found MacDonald’s take very interesting.
Kevin Kneeland (sp?) also.
“She did not age well”
She got Jason Mamoa. 😉
I think Norm MacDonald may lean to the right to some extent. He's not a lefty, that's pretty certain. And he's Canadian, which makes it even more surprising.
Neither did he...current pic, at link.
I liked Norm’s Bob Dole imitation, and I know he and Bob met each other with Norm in his Dole makeup.
Norm McDonald and Colin Quinn weren’t afraid to take shots at the left.
I know that Jon Lovitz and Rob Schneider also lean to the right.
Skippy Handelman
Very clever
