Earlier this week, a pair of black Penn State University professors reported a “noose” in a tree behind their house.
Responding to the profs’ call about “possible harassment,” Patton Township Police Department collected the “noose” and began investigating around the neighborhood.
PSU President Eric Barron sprung into action, posting a statement “expressing concern” about the incident and “offering support.”
Alas, according to the professors’ neighbor who was interviewed by police, the “noose” actually was part of a swing set. The neighbors’ kid told police he merely had thrown the rope “into the woods.”
Patton Police Chief Tyler Jolley concluded there was “no malice” involved. The department added “no kind of crime [was] committed at all” and that the rope just “happened” to fall on the tree.

“negro fatigue”, I has it.
If we are making a list of collectivist flaws, fear is one of the first.
Didn't the former Jeopardy star have to apologize for making the okay sign, holding 3 fingers up to signify his wins?
A few years ago a college student was forced to apologize for throwing a banana peel in the woods.
Just another case of fake noose with the truth left hanging in the balance.
Wait till someone in the neighborhood makes a tree house for their kids. Then these two buffoon professors will call the police complaining about their being a “Proud Boys” headquarters near them.
I hope someone tries to use a FOIA request on the campus police to see who called in the “noose”. Time to “out” these Smollett Scholarship professors.
Where the country is at: they call police for a piece of rope. No one was in danger. The police now are routinely called for political correctness infractions. Police respond with guns, mace, nightsticks and handcuffs.
Some black folks seem to see nooses everywhere.
IIRC, Michael Mann is still employed at PSU...
Judge sets hearing on Graham Spanier’s pending jail sentence
When the only tool you have is to be a pain in the neck, the rest of the world starts to look like nooses.
LOL!!!!
Says something that Penn State hired these two idiots. Then again, Penn State hired Joe Paterno.
Bet the farm it’s a HOAX.
Penn State University professors mind sees what eyes do not much bad.
