I posted on this subject stating that there were 400 + patriots in the Washington prison. I now believe that number was wrong. The link provided is the the most comprehensive that I have been able to find, and it is woefully incomplete. Nevertheless, I made a quick count of the people who were not recorded as being released on bail or 'personal recognizance.' In many cases there were no remarks at all of the status of the individual, so I assumed that all who were not listed as free remained incarcerated.
Applying this criteria, my very cursory assessment suggests that at most, around 250 people remain in custody.
I cant’ wait for them to be released and write their accounts of what happened...or to be interviewed.
250? 400?
Who knows? A very important part of a Banana Republic like the US is to keep the number of political prisoners a secret.
The public does not need to know.
Prayers for the people's safety and that they be released soon. (It has been reported that conditions in the prison are really bad.)
Justice is such a joke now. It doesn't exist.

Even at that, it is a travesty. Judges who went along with this charade should be charged with misuse of their office.
Personal story, I was looking for a guy one time regarding a fraud. Checked the local city PD and found he had been arrested for bookmaking about 30 days prior. I noted the arrest sheet did not show a court appearance and asked why not. Response, unusual but don’t know. Went off to city jail and found him in the lock up. He had not been before a judge and had been “lost in the system” for a month. I raised the issue and the guy was released on bond within a day.
As big a bum as this guy was, it was not just nor right but the upshot was no one did anything about it because it was not a popular issue. The guy was a BMA, today the entire city would be on fire. IMO, the court system in DC should be on fire today over this.
Gosh, only 250.
How many ANTIFA / BLM still rottin’ in jail for last summer’s fun?
We need to call b*llsh%t on the leftie “big Lie” about jan 6. It was not an armed insurrection. Hundreds of thousands of American patriots self funded and self organized to show support for our legitimate president. I think the number of patriots who showed up scared the deep state, that’s why they’re pushing their lies so hard.
But the people riot and destroy things in Portland every night and they bail them out every day.
There are zero antifa/blm types in jail.
Kamala bailed them all out.
Bump!
I find it mildly amusing that they keep referring to it as an 'insurrection' but they aren't charging anyone with insurrection or sedition or anything like that. How do you have an insurrection without insurrectionists?
Thank you VERY much for this, as I have been looking for such a source for over 3 months.
Now, if we can find out the attorneys for each.
I see now that we have a least a few congress folks speaking out about this. Perhaps we can start putting pressure on a few Senators, etc..
Thanks again.
You are very welcome.
Arrested just for being there, while antifa and blm were deliberately and intentionally given a free pass to commit their crimes without ever being prosecuted.
How many are facing charges of insurrection?
bump
From what little time I’ve had to look, most are indicted on a kind of a fruit salad of misdemeanors conflated by the number stacked against them and the implication that their infractions were committed in the commission of the whopper of all crimes: insurrection. They want to make some examples, so some people are going to get hit hard.
If you read the case status you will note that some have been arraigned and yet remain in custody. Those are the ones who will pay. Hell, it wouldn’t surprise me if they decide to put them in front of a firing squad.
“That’ll learn ‘em.”
It’s safe to say that blm and antifa together constitute the public relations arm of the Democratic Party.
They’re also the junior auxiliary division of the FBI.
