Most voters disagree with Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar's recent comparison of the United States to terrorist groups such as Hamas and the Taliban, according to a new poll.
The poll, conducted by Rasmussen and released on Wednesday, shows that 61% of voters disagree with Omar's recent “anti-American rhetoric" that has sparked backlash on social media and on Capitol Hill.
Conversely, only 24% agreed with the remark, and 15% did not indicate one way or the other.
**SNIP**
Lawmakers who make particularly controversial comments are sometimes censured and, in rare cases, are stripped of their committee assignments.
A whopping 65% of Republican voters supported censuring Omar over the remarks, while that figure drops to 35% for Democratic voters.

I’d feel better if 99% disagreed with her. It’s amazing in this day and age that bashing our own country will get you elected. That completely goes against the oath they swore by when entering office. Which makes them liars and treasonous.
She’s Mentally ILL
Thank you for Somalia, Bush. Nineteen fine American troops killed doing the UN’s bidding and we end up with hundreds of thousands of immigrants from that dump with their hatred of all things American. The usual useful idiots in the globalist Bush family brought this on.
How many support sending her all the way back to the third world stinkhole she slithered out of? I know one at least.
Tar and feathers would be good and appropriate censure.
I highly recommend that all the snowflakes watch the
“Dangerous Roads (of third world countries)” series on Youtube. The United States of America is the most wonderful nation on earth due to capitalism and constitution.
Of course the fully brainwashed will say that third world countries are a result of white supremacy. (sigh)
I will second that.
Headline does not match poll results at all, they truly do write headlines to influence those with 5 second attention spans.
61% of voters disagree with Omar's recent “anti-American rhetoric"...24% agreed with the remark, and 15% did not indicate one way or the other.
No need for the quote marks, so, partisan media shill alert. And the writer of this crap needs to get a last name.
