Republican senators in Pennsylvania briefed on 2020 election audit plan

Republican senators in Pennsylvania were briefed on a plan for an audit of the 2020 election.

The private briefing, conducted by state Sen. Doug Mastriano on Wednesday, is the clearest sign yet that lawmakers in the Keystone State are serious about fulfilling the wishes of former President Donald Trump and his supporters who are pressing for copycats of a controversial audit in Arizona.

Mastriano even obtained legal advice from a Philadelphia-based law firm about the GOP caucus using private money to pay for consultants and lawyers.

“While we cannot predict how the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would decide the issue, in our opinion, to a reasonable degree of legal certainty, Pennsylvania law does not prohibit the Caucus or Committee from accepting or benefiting from such financial support,” lawyer Bruce Marks wrote in a letter, a copy of which was obtained by the Associated Press.

Mastriano, the chairman of the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee, was one of the Republican lawmakers from the Keystone State to tour Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, the location of the GOP-led Arizona Senate's audit of Maricopa County's 2020 election, which is being partially funded by private donors to supplement the $150,000 payment made by Senate Republicans.

Pennsylvania and Arizona are two states won by President Joe Biden last year that post-election audits showed no widespread fraud. But after dozens of lawsuits with election fraud allegations and voting irregularities were rejected by courts around the country, the partisan audit in Maricopa County became a beacon of hope for Trump and his allies who claim the contest was stolen.

Similar to the Maricopa County audit, a legislature-backed review in Pennsylvania is expected to focus on specific jurisdictions and would likely employ the use of subpoenas to obtain election materials and data.

If the democrats were confident of the results, the author wouldn’t have to resort to half truths and lies, to influence readers.

The PASC was an active part of the fraud. Unlike Ga or Az the courts will rule to halt anything. As long as the federal courts pass on these issues PA will never get a forensic audit

“Pennsylvania and Arizona are two states won by Joe Biden last year that post-election audits showed no widespread fraud”

That is a stinking lie right there. There was NO audit performed. A recount of fake ballots is NOT an audit and they know it. Joe Biden is NOT legitimate. He is a fraud, a puppet, a stand-in.

Donald Trump is the true legit president of the USA.

The Examiner was telling us the other day falsely that Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis were at odds with each other so the source leaves me not certain of what I’m reading.

I don’t trust Pennsylvania Republicans to do exactly what Trump wants them to do when its all said and done.

They think if they say it often, with confidence, and with a megaphone it will thereby be factual.

If this gets going, the going is going to get tough. The national Democrat Party will go all out to stop this, as if they haven’t already. But it will get fevered and crazy. Idiotic claims and demands will be made by Democrat elite leaders. They know that they are witnessing the growing legal and ethical rebellion and push back against their massive illegal anti-democratic anti-American takeover of the US government.

They delude themselves into thinking they can somehow stop this with their standard fraudulent claims, threats, boycotts, and lunacy. Any of these desperate measures will ultimately generate backfire that makes that which has organically arisen so far, look like a 4th of July picnic.

For any states that are following the AZ model, can they figure out a way to do it faster?

I’m hoping AZ will produce great things, but every month delayed is one more for the Biden regime to ruin America.

Washington Examiner is better than the DNC Media but it’s globalist.
So this BS rears up its head but matters not.

What matters is that the PA Senate take the steps that were taken by the Arizona Senate and fights off the GOPe and the Rats which are united to stop any transparency evaluation in the election.

Pressure the PA Senate! That’s what matters.

Oh yea. If the corurpt PA Supreme Court gets involved in any form they will forbid it or screw it up. I personally believe that that court is the most corrupt in the country, passing even the 9th Circuit.

Corman and Argall have been dragging their feet on doing a forensic audit. Occasionally, we hear they are close to doing it. Then another week passes. These eff-n RINOs need to be intimidated into doing the audit. But never forget their reluctance. They still need to be primaried by MAGA candidates that have some commonsense and some testicular fortitude.
