Apparently the British aren't satisfied with a technique many special forces around the world use, HALO -High Altitude Low Opening, they've moved on to HANO -High Altitude No Opening. Not sure if even Farmers has seen this.

I have been in pain every day of my life since a parachuting accident at Fort Bragg in June1987; woke up with no boots, uniform shirts under a Poncho Liner 45-minutes after they covered me. At least their pronouncing me Dead on the Old Drop didn’t result in boxing me up and shipping me home!
