Maybe give her not only half, but maybe 100% more as penalty and damages. Leave him broke.

This guy is likely scum, but just a cursory read indicates that this dude’s entire stake billion-dollar-plus fortune is based on 3 months’ worth of programming that he did for Google *before* he got married. In California, that ain’t community property and she ain’t entitled to half.
