It sounded to me like they gave the right dosage for their age. They just gave it from the vials marked for adults instead of the vials marked for kids.
As long as they got the dosage right, I’m not sure it matters. It didn’t sound like one vial was any more concentrated than the other.

I see the vaccine boxes (don’t work directly with them) in the context of my work and in recent days I noticed smaller refrigerated packages indicating to me the notion that smaller doses for kids come in smaller packages for starters.
Does it really matter since ZERO healthy children 17 and under have died from Covid-19?
There was no sound reason to give them any vax.
This is extraordinary - and these are medical professionals? You don't have to have any formal medical training to know that is not how it works for any medication. It isn't just the amount it is the formulation that is different for children and adults for numerous types of treatments.

according to pfitzer, the child dose is 1/3 of the adult dose.

6x30 = 180 mcg/vial. 10x10 = 100 mcg/vial. So 1/3 of an adult dose would be slightly short of a child dose. Wait 30 days and top them off and they’ll be good to go.
What the only other difference is less exposure to “Diluent” to a child which should not be an issue since, “*Diluent: 0.9% sterile Sodium Chloride Injection, USP” - i.e. is salt water
