Paul Hodgkins, according to Joe Biden’s Justice Department, is a domestic terrorist.
A working-class man from Tampa, Hodgkins committed what Democrats and the media consider a murderous crime comparable to flying a packed jetliner into a skyscraper or detonating a truck filled with explosives under a crowded federal building.

When he entered the sacred Senate chambers, Hodgkins carried with him a weapon so offensive that the mere sight of the device prompted the judge in his case to question Hodgkin’s loyalty to his own country. That weapon was a flag bearing the words “Trump 2020.”
Although Hodgkins did not commit a single violent act on January 6, federal prosecutors nonetheless consider him a domestic terrorist and want him punished accordingly.

Judge Randolph Moss agreed with the Justice Department’s assessment. The Obama appointee claimed the four-hour disturbance at the Capitol on January 6 caused political and personal damage that “will persist in this country for decades.” Moss was outraged at the sight of Hodgkins hoisting a Trump flag. “The symbolism of that act is unmistakable. He was staking a claim on the Senate floor, declaring his loyalty to a single individual over a nation,” Moss ranted before sentencing Hodgkins to serve 15 months in jail.
Biden’s Justice Department just announced a new effort to keep the country safe from Hodgkins-type copy-cat criminals. During a Senate hearing on Tuesday, Matthew Olsen, head of the Justice Department’s National Security Division, confirmed the formation of a domestic terrorism unit within the very agency established in 2006 to coordinate government efforts to fight foreign threats during the first war on terror.

Where is the Republican outrage about all of this?
I’m not saying I fully blame them, because it was probably not easy not to enter the capitol building after it was breached and crowds were flooding in, but people really should have known better. Innocence level is not 100%.
What I found interesting, and please jump in and tell me if you noticed it too, but I was watching it live that day, and a lot of the video feeds showed theater style rope-lines down the middle of places like the rotunda, and the vast majority of the flag waving protesters were filling down through those lines.
First off, I would like to make the point that they were just filing through the building (most of them) and leaving. No damage, no violence.
Secondly, a question; Why did it almost seem like they were ready for the crowd???
They had rope lines set up before hand?

I’ve been inside the capitol building more than once. It’s not off limits to the public. At least it wasn’t when I was there.
Then two of their own Senators failed to play along.
The whole damn Communist Revolution is sputtering to a halt as a result. They will only get more desperate as the inevitable consequence of stealing a landslide election using germ warfare from a Communist ally comes back to bite them.

I remember seeing Capitol Hill security video the day after showing police opening doors and backing away from the crowd outside, tapping the floor with their batons, as if leading livestock, into the building. Haven’t seen it since.
I heard the Capitol police told the demonstrators, “Come on in, this is your House!”

Every time I read About Jan 6 and the people who were arrested I get furiously upset. It was a set up from word go and the behavior of the gendarmes was a set up too for all the reasons noted in the other people’s written material for this particular commentary. All those imprisoned should be freed. Absolutely they must not be kept imprisoned unless their is the appropriate proof.
The death of Ashley Babbitt makes me want to re-arm and get 50 years younger and find that killer and do “unto him as he would do unto me” and did do to Ashley Babbitt.

Boozman, Crapo, Lankford, Lee, Moran, Murkowsji, Rubio, Scott, Thune and Young should all have primary challengers this cycle.

Moss is the Obamastooge who allowed Andrew McCabe's garbage lawsuit for reinstatement and back pay/pension to proceed - despite McCabe committing blatant felonies.
