This could be a problem for spotify. Right now it’s the has beens. But if this catches on, and the music community sees it as another way to show their ever present virtue, there will be some artists people actually care about pulling their music.

Pretty sure most performers have licensed out their music and don’t get to say where it’s used.

There are undoubtedly some exceptions, but mostly it’s just virtue signaling.

What it shows is, Spotify's large expensive gamble on Rogan wasn't a gamble, and their status as just another site for music streaming has changed.
