Biden cooked this up a few months after assuming office. I found it chilling that he would assume such power based on dubious claims made against Russia, claims amounting to little more than gossip. It met with little notice and slipped out of sight, buried in the avalanche of similar fiats.

Was this part of a larger plan leading up to the present situation. Was it spun from the Trump/Russia narrative. Do all these things ammount to something far bigger?
