He needs to feel the ramifications. If they had done nothing at the awards ceremony and gave him just a tepid response when he won, that would be one thing. But they gave him a standing ovation. Name ONE white actor that would have happened to. Black Privilege. It’s a think now.
I really don’t know anything about the situation you describe, nor do I want to. But I do know this. When a man defends his woman ( yes even if that means... oh no a slap!) it is about the sexiest thing he can do. You don’t have to agree with it, and you don’t have to like it, but you do have to live with it because it’s the truth.
