The FDA had no right to block a completely legitimate product because they just didn’t like how it was advertised.

The company noted that the FDA denied its application while authorizing those submitted by competitors with similar products. That will teach them to pay off the right people in the future.

I agree with the decision...The court can put you out of business on a dime??
This was the alternative to cigarettes. You can still sell cigarettes. So this makes no sense at all.

Today and yesterday were big victories in the Supreme Court.
Are we beginning to see a change also in the lower Federal Courts?
Trump and the much detested McConnell (at least here on FR) were good at not only SCOTUS picks but maybe lower judges as well.

I don't vape either and some of that is so annoying.....BUT, this anti vape was all a cover to promote people smoking cigarettes' which are more deadly than vaping to some degree.....
