Joey Chestnut wins for the 16th time. Downs 63 hot dogs. He said he was going for 80...but he's still the champ.

Think Chestnut did 76 last year, but he probably paces himself, depending what the competition is doing. Kobayashi is excluded from the Nathan’s competition because he won’t sign a contract with Major League Eating, the U.S. governing body for these displays of extreme gluttony.

I read they asked him once if he upchucks it afterwards and he said it’s an “all night affair” meaning it’s probably more disgusting than you can imagine.
He has to tough, right? How can the body handle that much fat and salt all at once? He also said he trains by stretching his stomach by drinking gallons of water which also has to come up otherwise he could die from hyponatremia
