The staff shake-ups continue in the vice president's office.
Rohini Kosoglu, domestic policy adviser to Vice President Kamala Harris, has announced she'll be leaving the position in August, continuing a high rate of turnover in Harris's staff.
It was also reported that Meghan Groob, Harris's director of speechwriting, is leaving after working in the office for less than four months.
Kosoglu is one of the longest-serving aides working under Harris, beginning with her time in the Senate and continuing through her brief presidential campaign and her time serving as a second-in-command to President Joe Biden.
Harris released a statement calling Kosoglu a "brilliant and trusted leader who has been at my side for years."
“She has brought vision, strategic judgment, and a depth of experience as our Administration has addressed some of the most urgent challenges facing our nation. She is an exceptional public servant and I am enormously grateful for her service. Rohini will remain a valued advisor and friend,” the statement reads, according to CNN.
Kosoglu said she is leaving the office to spend more time with her family, which includes three young children.
Harris has become known for a high rate of turnover during her 18 months as vice president, including the loss of her chief of staff, deputy press secretary, and communications director since last fall.

Megan Groob, director of Speechwriting, is leaving after four months. Maybe she sees Kamala not using the speeches as professionally written but preferring to improvise the live speech instead.
Next scene, Kamala gets laughed at by the press, for yet another serving of nonsensical Word Salad.
Kamala then blames her speechwriters for “making her look bad”.
Megan sees the pattern and she has had enough.
“So the speech writing will get better? Can’t get any worse...”
Third time is the charm. VP Word Salad will be on her third Speech Writer in 18 months. This last one was only about four months on the job.
They are tired of being salad chefs.
I’d offer this analysis...I don’t think Kam makes any effort to rehearse or practice these speeches. Nor do I think she ever made any attempts over the past 30 years (same way as Senator and California jobs).
This is a person who cruised through college and simply passed with minimum effort. A normal President would have asked questions, but Joe allowed these idiots around him to have the ‘pick’. You are now stuck....do you want a dementia-President or a 8th-grade kid pretending to be a college graduate?
Eventually, Kamala may need to bring her husband, aka The First Gentleman in to work for her. Maybe a part time gig for her Step Daughter aka The Model too. They’re used to Kamala and all her “funny” ways.
I can't think there is a worse place to work! Give a medal to the shortest-serving.

That’s probably the issue. These people haven’t had anything useful to do, no communication with an incompetent boss; capable people would be totally frustrated in do-nothing jobs.

Well, we wish her good luck in a way that when we think of luck we want it to be good and we will always strive to wish for good luck in a future time that is passing towards us.

I’m sorry but the Walmart door greeter position has been filled, besides you are unqualified.”
I wouldn’t be surprised if the director of speechwriting actually handed in her two-weeks notice on her first day on the job, 4 months ago. But the letter of resignation was such a word salad that it took the staff 4 months to figure out what she was saying.
Meghan Groob, speech writer, is stepping down. As a writer of speeches, she put the spoken word into written form, writing what was to be said, literally “writing speeches”. Writing speeches to right wrongs, but writing about righting wrongs from the Left, not the Right. We will miss her “Left wrong righting writing” as we continue to speak speeches in the future.
I don't believe anyone would want to admit they wrote her speeches. No one is that shameless. Being HER speechwriter wouldn't look well on their resume 😁
