One of the best, if not THE best, discussions with Scott that I have ever seen...it should be mandatory viewing for all those confused about what is happening in Ukraine and the world in general.

Scott is an excellent professor. I’ve learned so much from him. But a dying empire trying to grasp to power is capable of anything including detonating a dirty bomb.

wow,wow, wow my hats off to dialogue works for having mr. Scott Ritter on, this 75 yr old viet vet knows a sincere, honest person when I see and listen to him, being married for 22 yrs to a Russian girl , been to Russia 8 or 9 times , I remember being in Rybinsk,russia during the times when they had calamatis outbreak of fires destroying many Russian villagers homes, and during that time Putin was not the President but I saw his neverending struggle to get their homes rebuilt, Mr. Ritters knowledge of the Russian story is amazing, so much so I will get my wife to watch it!!

Scott Ritter is the smartest man I know. Every time I listen to him explain "the world" he enlightens me. His attention to details and his broad knowledge of history just amazes me. I'd vote for him for President.

@Scott, I think you are operating based on the pretext that someone will VERIFY the information coming from Ukraine and PROVE IT WRONG IN THE WESTERN MASS MEDIA. Scott, you are underestimating the craziness and desperation of Zelensky. The false flag bomb could be also a PR move to globally isolate Russia and make Russian contacts with friendly countries very difficult in terms of "public opinion" which will be formed the "correct" way by MSM. As for "investigation will show where the material came from". Do you not remember Bucha? The culprit was named BEFORE even any investigation started. I don't believe there would be any if it occurs. Because militarily it will be insignificant, but will have a huge PR effect. "The US is not that bad" - heh, just remember Asad's sarin atack. It was staged, and it was just a convenient motive to intervene militarily. And another interesting puzzle tile to consider: if the material used for the bomb is from Chernobyl, Ukraine will have pretty solid narrative that Russian took it when they were occupying it in March. So the accusation might be in fact very easily grounded (I'm not talking about why the hell Russia would use such an attack but about the reasoning itself).

Don’t think so. More than likely a Neutron Bomb to minimize after-effects of fallout:

Mostly kills people and minimizes physical damage.
