Food writer and author of the hit memoir “Julie and Julia,” Julie Powell, has died at 49 from cardiac arrest. Powell had been tweeting about not feeling well in recent weeks.
“‘Julie & Julia’ became an instant classic and it is with gratitude for her unique voice that we will now remember Julie’s dazzling brilliance and originality,” Judy Clain, the editor-in-chief of Little, Brown and Co., said in a statement announcing her death.
“We mourn her loss with her husband Eric and her family. We are sending our deepest condolences to all who knew and loved Julie, whether personally or through the deep connections she forged with readers of her memoirs. She was a brilliant writer and a daring, original person and she will not be forgotten.”

The writer had also tweeted about being vaccinated and boosted several times.

Powell also tweeted about not allowing unvaccinated relatives into her home.
“My cousin won’t get vaccinated and I don’t want to allow him in the house with my niece and nephew who are too young to be vaccinated,” she wrote in October, 2021.

Powell died at her home in New York on Oct. 26.
This makes me super sad. So many people were snowed into thinking that these mRNA shots were good for them.
Sad. Another vax death by sudden. Not as sad as she reviled and demonized the unvaxxed.
So much blood on their hands, you’d almost think they’d be willing to start WWIII to cover it all up.
I’m not that sad.
This brought out peoples’ true colors. Like adversity amd stress tends to do.

When Democrats finally relize they have been lied to, there will be a civil war in the Democrat party.
The Midterms will be the first kick in the Nuts. Then the Radicals will double down, then the bivalent boosted willl all get/spread covid, THEN democrat civil war.

This is getting pretty disturbing. And keep in mind we are reading about the deaths of fairly prominent people. No telling how many other previously healthy rather young vaxxed individuals are keeling over.
New friend (early 50’s) in the last couple of months - first thing she told me at our first meeting was she was vaxed (trying to make me feel that she is ‘safe’ to be around). She visited last Friday. Not feeling well - short of breath, fatigue ... periodic tachycardia. She’s in the middle of a cardiac workup .... from what she was telling me, she obviously has no idea that the symptoms she’s having are fairly common adverse effects of the jabs. Is it the jab? No heart issues prior - I take the approach it is unless proven otherwise. I hope she’s not a SUDS (Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome).

I th8nk those numbers are still off. I wasn’t eligible for the shots until late March, 2021, and I was in the 60-65 group. Your graph includes 18 year olds, who weren’t eligible until much later, probably May or June, 2021 at the earliest in many states.
There are ways to treat CoVid early but we weren’t allowed to pursue those treatments. It was completely shunned thanks to the likes of Dr. Fauci and his cohorts.
On top of this, the young people who died from CoVid most likely had several comorbidities, just like the older folks did. So I think your graph should be tweaked.
Also, the fact that there are now so many with health issues that are amazingly apparent after the shots (I refuse to call them vaccines; they are nothing of the sort). All this data about them being safe were hidden from us.
This was a worldwide experiment without true and honest informed consent.
Thus the article in The Atlantic....that we should “forgive them and move on”.

I saw the movie about this book. It was cute but I guess I’ll never look at it the same way again.
I am sad though, despite the fact that she worried about being around the unvaxxed. I love cooking, and I love Julia Child, and Julie’s book/blog turned movie was inspiring. I can mourn her even though I disagree with how she handled her personal relationships. Her joy of cooking and learning was infectious. I’m sorry for her family and friends.
