It’s called balkanization, and it’s real.

It is absolutely vital that North Carolina and Arizona (assuming Kari Lake is not cheated out of what should be a large victory for her) implement strict election integrity laws like Florida’s right away.

Georgia needs to further strengthen its election integrity laws.

They need to make large scale election fraud as difficult if not impossible as Florida has made it.

Seem to be going down a tad to the degree one would expect due to the higher interest rates; tracking that pretty closely. Still very near historical highs. Interest rates this high *should* cut prices by 4 to 6 percent from what my real estate friends say, based on the algorithms some pros use. So they are technically down a tad, but actually less than I would expect from the mortgage rates being this high.

We need to get rid of 10-20 million people from this state; we just don’t have the water.

I love taking liberal friends to the shooting range, probably made more Republican votes that way than any discussions I’ve engaged in :-)

I’d be out if here except for sheer stubbornness, that and job and family that I can’t leave.

IMO, third worlder’s are ONLY here to loot and get what they can for nothing from this government. They were ‘educated’ back in the same sh!thole countries they came from and decided to make their way here for a new gig. And it only costs them a vote.

Lately the trend has been Leftugees escaping Blue states and countering the votes of earlier waves of Leftists who flocked to Red states seeking to destroy them.

Without a lot of Leftugees coming to Arizona in recent years, that state would probably be lost. Additionally, they are a part of what has pulled Florida back from the brink and made it a ruby red state again.

I am in a “blue” state..

when you look at the maps from Tuesday the blue part is 2 or 3 counties. the rest is red.

its large pockets of idiots in small areas.

In contrast, population burgeoned in sprawling areas such as Phoenix, Dallas and Orlando.

The future of the GOP depends on the continued growth of such places,

This observation is exactly wrong. These three cities are blue rot in their respective deep red states. The liberal refugees are bringing their ideologies with them.

We have a son and his family in the SF Bay Area. They ask us to move there all the time, and as much as I love them and our grandson, there’s little chance of that ever happening. I try to explain to them that the cost of living is way too high. I don’t bother telling them about the politics of it. They know better than to bring that up to me.

We keep hoping that their situation will change to where they will want to move further east. So far, it’s not happening, but God has a way of handling things that maybe He can nudge them in this direction. I say my prayers that however it goes, He will bless and protect them.

Best of luck!

If I were 40 years younger and not a couple of years from retirement, with a pre-prop 13 house (my property taxes are 1/20th of my next door neighbors; the house my folks bought for $17.5K is now worth $750K, a 2 bed, 1 bath 90 year old place on a 1/10th acre) I would be out of here to a free state. Of course it was not Democrats but the Bush Crime Family that opened the borders and turned this from the land of Reagan to the land of Newsome...

My wife has a lot great nieces/nephews in Ill. and Ind..

Last year some started migrating to Ohio.

This could send more there. They are conservative, well educated, good workers and good family people.

Sounds familiar:

“I’d be out if here except for sheer stubbornness, that and job and family that I can’t leave.”

With my wife and I, add good friends, our adult family and adult grandkids.

‘I am in a “blue” state..’

Add an s to state and you describe my wife’s relatives living in states bordering and including Chicago.

Some are looking at Ohio as a safer place to live, work, raise your families and/or to retire as a snowbird.

Illinois’s criminal governor was just re elected by his fellow criminals living in and around Chicago.

We have a conservative friend, who is a new widow. She will be moving to Arizona to be near her 3 sisters living in Arizona and to get away from all the liberals in California.

She has no relatives in California.

We delayed it a little, when we ejected Gray Davis. Since then, the State has turned into a Blue Hell Hole in most of our big cities/counties re population.

The Income Tax needs to be removed completely. The blue states steal from taxpayers in other states via Fedzilla.

We fought a revolution against England for this very thing.

For there to be America again, the city States must be destroyed, rotted, gone. There can be no co existence. DEEetroit is the example of what ust and will be.

The present state of urban rot is immense. With the riots looting and burning next summer the rot will just worsen. The cities at present are obsolete relics the purpose of which is no longer economical.

Most urban dwellers don’t fathom the reality that most of America is vacant land.

I don’t mean the unsalable and un settled government land out west I mean the endless miles of wooded lands adjacent to growing cities in the south, and Texas. Then there is Wyoming. Wyoming has endless lands for new offices and factories and homes for people escaping the feral plagues of the cities.

As an example I cite North Carolina and to a lesser extent, northern South Carolina. The endless miles of woods have been replaced with businesses, with people with hustle and bustle. So it can be in Alabama where there are literally mile after mile of vacant wooded lands right on an interstate highway.

Hyundai, and Honda and Mercedes-Benz have gleaming Alabama factories that seem in the middle of nowhere. Volkswagen set up in nearby southeast Tennessee. BMW has large facilities and many component vendor facilities in the north of South Carolina.

The future of America is in the present woodlands of the South that are presently just vacant land

As a native Southerner I’d as soon it stays that way. I don’t want to fight that war again. There has to be some virgin land left in this country.

As much damage as Democrats have done to this country, no one ever topped GWB and his daddy.
