There was a white 10 y.o. boy in PA who shot and killed his stepmother because he was angry with her.

I personally know of 3 other schizophrenic’s...
Properly medicated they are just fine.
The problem is if they are not in a controlled environment, they go off their meds and off the rails.
Here’s a novel idea, take some of the billions we are sending to ukraine, and build and equip mental health facilities here at home!!!!

I agree with you: a ten year old is a child in every sense of the world.
There are at least two factors at work here though:
1) Any inherent mental instability or disease in the child
2) THE CULTURAL INFLUENCES TO WHICH HE IS DAILY SUBJECTED
If I were a betting man I’d bet on 2) as the driver of his (and society’s) problem here.
His "rage" was never properly addressed.
I actually agree with you and I’m shocked they are charging a 10 year old as an adult. He’s too young to understand what he’s done and honestly it will be decades before he does. He need put in a mental hospital for a long long time. From the sounds of it, he need to be in one before this happened.
Mom was 44 with a 10-year-old son and 26-year-old daughter. That means she started the baby-making young (mother at 18). I'm not saying she deserved to be shot. I'm just saying that one lesson learned for future young-uns is that hedonism today can have long impacts for your off-spring.
The next thing is the age difference between the 2 kids: 26 and 10. In many ways those kids are each a separate family where one kid is grown about the time the next kid arrives. It's like having an only child -- times two. The older sister is more like an aunt than a sister. I hope she was more of a positive influence than bringing worldly teen values into the life of a small child.
Last but not least is the absence of the father in this story -- like he doesn't exist at all. Yet again, hedonism has repercussions that affect more than just the people engaging in it. IMHO the most dangerous thing about the left talking constantly about gay stuff is that makes straight hedonism seem smart and normal relative to gay hedonism. We should expect to see more of this stuff unless us Christians win the spiritual war the Dims engage as a political war.

Ten years old or not, you are beyond redemption when you are able to shoot your mom dead, take her credit card and order gifts for yourself online. It's a shame but this kid should never be allowed into society again. Throw away the key and take away the video games.
