It’s interesting, isn’t it...

Not all companies that were supposed to institute a vaxx mandate did.

Some companies just issued threats, coerced.

But no refuseniks were ever fired.

Pity more people didn’t call their bluff.

This is an awfully sad news item to start out the day. Daily death news items of young and middle-aged citizens have now become a regular occurrence.

Per the above, the family hasn’t stated the cause of death.

Lynnette Hardaway was a fine American, a smart, gutsy, lovely lady.

She will be missed.

Agreed. Knowing them if they were unjabbed they’d have straight up said so and I haven’t seen any reports of that. Also, they were mega pro-Trump, so a lot of their opposition mirrored Trump’s claims—and he famously has only been pro-jab.

She was what, 51? If she was just hospitalized with Covid, the likelihood that she died of Covid related complications is quite high.

Most black folks are smart enough to not trust the government. She was very anti vax.

“She was very anti vax.”

They both were. It surprised me because they were such staunch Trump supporters and he was always pushing Warp Speed. They do remember the Tuskegee Project, I expect.

makes me sick!!! I’m so sad. I bet it was that wicked “vaccine”

Thank you for saying that. For too many people it’s all or nothing. I lost my father to Covid, pre-vaxx. The disease is real. The degree to which it can harm someone varies from to person. Some risk more by taking the vaxx and others risk more by not taking it.

I don’t care what the risks are with getting the bio-agent, the vax is definitely not the answer. There are many theropuedics now and immune system boosters to help get you through. If you survive, remember your precious immune system remains intact and fortified with anti-bodies to help ward off any subsequent attacks.

Not vultures, skeptics of our gummit. It must be nice to not have any curiosity why a healthy 51 yr old dies over and over again.

You would think our side would not want to keep our heads in the sand, but virtue signaling is a strong emotion.

I have a friend who is 72, he was fighting Covid for over a month, was in the hospital twice, fighting to get his O2 up. He said he was completely out of the woods the last I talked with him. He is in good shape, not obese or a smoker... clean living type.

After my bout with what I figured was the bio-agent around Christmas time 2019, I had an MRI, which showed large areas of lung damage. The doctor said my lungs looked like coal miners’ lungs. He wanted to put me on a portable oxygen system which I refused. I just kept pushing on, doing the things I had to do on the farm, and today I’m doing OK. I don’t have the lung reserve capacity I had before, but I’m convinced the lungs to have some regenerative ability. I have never smoked in my life and am a 30-year retired Marine and I refuse to let the old man though he has knocked at my door a time or two.

“Covid is a serious infection.”

I disagree.. I’m 70, not in terrible shape but not great either.

After the first two weeks it was obvious the fake news was being scripted - so you could’t trust anything you heard about Covid. When x number of people were reportedly hospitalized from Covid, or reportedly died of Covid, you always heard it from the fake news - proven liars.

So I decided to depend instead on my own observations and word of mouth. And guess what? It was only the Democrats I knew who wanted to believe it, and all the Republicans I knew thought it sounded fishy.

It was always Trump hating Democrats who said they knew someone who knew someone that died - but they lie about everything and trust the fake news, so I didn’t believe them.

Every conversation about Covid had a political slant - you could literally tell a person’s politics by their level of Covid compliance.

So, bottom line, I was not afraid of Covid at all. I did the minimum distancing required to go shopping. I never even thought about getting the stupid shots. I figured catching the Covid old would be the best vaccine against it - so I had zero guilt about spreading it - even to my own very large extended family (who are all just fine by the way).

I cut slits in my mask when I had to wear one so I could breathe.

Then when people started testing like crazy, some around me finally tested “positive” and guess what? It was a common cold just as I expected. I finally took a test and tested positive - a common cold just like any other cold.

Nobody I know took anything other than cold medicine - it went away just like any cold will. Hundreds of millions of people experiences it just like a common cold. Supposedly, some already very sick and dying people died “of Covid” - but there’s no way to prove Covid is what killed them. And you have to trust the fake news which is.. fake.

The Trump haters all wanted something terrible to be happening - a disaster to be Trump’s “Katrina” and to ruin Trump’s election year economy.

Now, I know there are also Trump supporters who are prone to hypochondria and germaphobia, but most rational people not aligned with the Left can see by now that Covid was just another manufactured crisis, like “man-made climate change”, “systemic racism” and “wealth inequality” - designed to scare low information people into giving up their freedoms, using mail in ballots and scuttling Trump’s economy.

I understand falling for this hoax three years ago, but still believing it’s a serious infection? Please.

COVID CAN be serious.

I am still wary of it.

Especially for those vulnerable.

I just had it before Christmas - almost exactly 2 years after I had it the first time. In 2020, though, we all had it, and my mother started it for us yet she was fine. All of us were fine.

Then, my MIL (totally separate from all of us) got it and died, Jan 6 2021. (Yes.) Pneumonia - and she was very overweight.

I know it can be bad.

But, I also have lots of personal experience otherwise. Not just my immediate family, but extensions, etc. In 2020, and just last summer.

The vaxes untested long-term, are not worth it.

But, you still must watch out for elderly and overweight people, etc.

I still don’t smell well.

Most anti-vaxxers did not get the jabs. It is a safe assumption. However, there will be exceptions, such as yourself. 99.7%+ of the 265+ Million Americans jabbed have reported no adverse effects. If you are scared of less than 0.3% possibility of adverse effects, then never check into any hospital for procedures. The failure rate is higher.
