Hospitalized? For five weeks? For depression? Uh huh. Sounds like a true story.

They are trying to get the meds right. For everyone else they’d have sent home to see if the meds are working. But for him they don’t want to risk him making suicidal comments on the senate floor or to the press. So they are keeping him locked up while they get the meds “right”. And it typically takes 4-6 weeks for the meds to start working. So if they got the wrong meds they need to start over.

Hospitalized for depression for five weeks?
Isn’t that unusual?
Is that evidence of a serious mental illness?

“John Fetterman has been hospitalized for depression for five weeks.”
Everybody knows that it only takes a week to get over depression. /s

Depression is not something one ‘recovers’ from in the way one recovers from a physical malady. A month and a half of intensive, in-patient treatment; the guy was/is a basket case.

Sounds more like they’re intentionally keeping him away from the public and making sure he doesn’t say or do anything jeopardizing to his career. I doubt any ordinary person’s insurance would pay for this.

But, but, but,....if the Republicans had just ran a better candidate. I hate that excuse. It takes away from the real issue - fraud and an extremely illiterate (and dependent) voting public. This guy was literally brain dead but he had a D next to his name.

Seriously asking: what is the average time for a person to be hospitalized for depression? My limited view of this comes from a couple of people that were briefly hospitalized, stabilized and sent home with drugs. By briefly, I mean a few days. It seems that’s what their insurance covered.
Based on the above I am left thinking that Fester is seriously eff’d up and it’s not just depression.
