A 26-year-old Minnesota mother of two went missing a week ago after dropping her children off at day care – and police are calling her disappearance “involuntary” and “suspicious.”
Madeline Kingsbury was last seen March 31 when she dropped off her two kids, ages 5 and 2, at their day care in Winona with their father, Police Chief Tom Williams said, KARE 11 reported.
Kingsbury, a clinical research coordinator at the Mayo Clinic, went back to her home about 8:15 a.m. in a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country minivan – but never showed up for work, he said.
The children’s father, who has not been named, told police he left the residence in the dark blue vehicle around 10 a.m. and that when he returned later in the day, Kingsbury wasn’t home.
Williams said it was “extremely out of character” for Kingsbury to not show up for work, adding that there was nothing to suggest she left on foot or in another vehicle.

“... there was nothing to suggest she left on foot or in another vehicle.”
What does that leave, alien abduction?
No, it just means that they have not found evidence pointing to either, even if she went for a walk or was picked up by a friend in a car.
She is in a ditch.
She ditched.
She is wishing she was in a ditch.
Hopefully they didn’t find evidence of freshly poured concrete, either.
That the husband is still the main suspect because we have found no evidence indicative of a 3rd party.
I think she transitioned into a corpse.
But never fear, she’ll still vote for the democrat in the next 147 presidential elections
Ban daycare.
Sad.
But this is poorly written (…with the father…he drove “the” blue vehicle….??) and also a bit strange…is the father married to her or not? Won’t name himself? What?
Land of 10,000 Lakes
Either dad knows where she is-or she wanted to be elsewhere with someone else.
Also on another unrelated note, people who maximize the time their kids are in these places, well, I see it a lot. It doesn't say what time she dropped the kiddos off but I would presume around 7ish. Dad's tooling around the house until 10.
3 hours unnecessarily warehoused where they could been in their PJs, watching cartoons and eating cereal.
“Madeline Kingsbury was last seen March 31 when she dropped off her two kids, ages 5 and 2, at their day care in Winona with their father.”
Why did the father get dropped off at the day care?
Per the article:
“Madeline Kingsbury was last seen March 31 when she dropped off her two kids, ages 5 and 2, at their day care in Winona with their father,...”
Was she in the minivan or not? Was she in the minivan but invisible to the father?
“Warehousing” is an accurate description. I know some people do this out of necessity and involuntarily because of tragic circumstances in their lives, but for the vast majority of these children, the “baby daddy” is unavailable for support.
Very hard to make any sense of this article. Must be proof of the fact that schools are failing.
He could have driven her to a remote location and murdered her.
Untangling the confusing article, it looks like the time line was
Both parents dropped off the kids
Both went home.
Husband left for work with car, leaving her home.
Presumably she was working from home but never logged into work.
She was not there when he returned.
She purified herself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka.
“I wonder what happened?”
In reading the story I found this tidbit:
“Kingsbury is a clinical research coordinator at the Mayo Clinic.”
Then I looked at her LinkedIn profile:
“Clinical Research Coordinator for Public Health, Infectious Disease, and Occupational Medicine research at Mayo Clinic with a demonstrated history of working in human subjects research. Currently coordinating Phase I/II clinical trials.
Certified training completed in Human Subjects Protection and Good Clinical Practice/ICH-E6.
Skilled in Analytical Skills, Communication, Data Collection, and Teamwork.
Attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health/Healthcare Administration attained from Winona State University in 2019.”
My guess here is she knew something about mRNA or some other hideous pharmaceutical poison and she’s been killed to cover up what she found.
