HB 586 Pennsylvania
States that ALL ammunition sold in Pennsylvania must be serial coded, micro stamped and the state MUST keep a database of all the ammunition sold. This would require ALL ammunition in private hands without serial numbers to be disposed of by Jan 1st of 2024
This is in violation of PA State Constitution The United States Constitution The Firearm Owner's Protection Act of 1986

OK, pass the law, hire one government representative to go around and stamp everybody’s ammo. They will never catch up. Heck, last week I bought 4000 rounds of ammo and besides, how would they deal with remanufactured ammo, strike out and fix a new serial number each time is loaded?
