"Happiness my boy, is not to be found in borrowed finery"
I love this episode of Fractured Fairy Tales because "The Crow" trying to become a peacock kind of mirrors the Transgender movement.
Think about it. The Crow is trying to be something he's not. His friend who is a Crow asks him how he will become a Peacock and Crow says "it's the tail man, the tail" Crow thinks it's the tail that makes a Peacock a Peacock. The Peacocks are laughing at him and sell him a feather duster which he buys and puts on. Then the Crow tries to date a female Peacock and she thinks he's a nut as does a female Crow who thinks he cute but wonders what is wrong with him.
Finally the police put him in the clink and he still does not learn his lesson as he tries to become a Stork.
Do you all see my point?

Seems pretty relevant if you substitute “girl” for “crow”!
I watched the cartoon and agree with you. It is an excellent metaphor for today’s pretenders.
Thanks.
LOL, Morgana said as much, but bears repeating!
The Crow was pretending to be a Peacock, which is something he’s not.
Transgenders are pretending to be something they are not, the opposite sex.
Transgenders get surgery and put on the other gender’s body parts and what is that? “borrowed finery”. More so because 9 times out of 10 their body rejects it just like the feathers fell out of the feather dusters on Crow’s false tale.
I could seriously write a whole essay on this cartoon.
I like the way the crow talks. He’s a cool and crazy hep cat.

There is a reason why they have pulled it from the library of most public schools.
BTTT
Boy, that brought back memories of good cartoons like Tom Slick, Super Chicken and George Of The Jungle—not today’s low IQ garbage.
I think to anyone who pays attention, would agree.
