I was watching an episode of Forensic Files, about a "magazine salesman" who raped, robbed and killed an elderly woman in her home. They were doing cheesy reenactments of the crime, with the perp only being shown from the neck down. The actor was whiter than ABBA.

I remember the 1970s when firearm groups came under criticism for using the silhouette of what appears to be a black man running for their targets.
In the early 1980s the same target appeared labeled “The Running Iranian.”
