Black Fisherman Repeatedly Confronted by White People for Using Lake in Video

Two years ago, I was at our HOA pool. There was a family milling around the gate (which is access controlled with a swipe card) waiting to follow someone in.

The HOA office was open so if they needed a replacement card, they could have gotten one that day.

They followed an owner in, starting unpacking their stuff, and their kids jumped in the water without even taking off their shoes or changing into bathing suits.

Everything they were doing was a direct violation of the community’s pool rules.

I introduced myself and asked them what section of the neighborhood they lived in. They couldn’t recall. I asked what school their kids went to, since all the sections pipeline into different elementary schools. They didn’t know (who doesn’t know the name of their kids’ school?). I asked them to show me their pool card. Our pool cards have our logo, pictures, and subdivision name and card number on them. They had to have one to get in. They didn’t have one.

“You can’t be here. This is a private pool.”

At that point they started packing their crap up and left.

My annual assessments go to pay for that pool. If one of their little darlings drowned or got hurt, our community’s insurance would have to defend us because you know they would be on television boo-hooing about it, looking for a payout.

HOA amenities (lakes, pool, fitness centers) are semi-private for members only. Members pay good money to maintain them. It would be no different than them entering my backyard and swimming in my personal pool.

Don’t trespass on private property, you lowlife. Join the YMCA or get a pool pass for a public pool.

The msm spent days wringing their hands at a "Karen" who told a group of loud Mexicans to leave the pool area of her "luxury apartment" - absolute front page news with the media using the word "white" (lowercase) several times in every paragraph. (The "Karen" in this story says the video was edited and it was the Mexicans who attacked her)

Yet stories like this - out of MA - received NO NEWS.

The most interesting thing about this is that it’s on the Internet at all. The reason: more and more people pay attention to them.

This is probably a propaganda video. No location is given. The guy probably does not live in the area. This was all a setup. The left knows a lot of people dislike HOA's and think it's okay for stranger's to trespass.

I used to live in an association that controlled the street that ran through it along with the maintenance of the buildings. I verified talking with the county maintenance people that they do not do anything to the street inside the block area, so it was ours to take care of and we were paying the association in dues to do so if something came up with it.

We, also, had a sign on both cul-de-sac that were part of this association that it wa a private road and not to solicit unless requested to within it. People got their morning paper and invited workmen in to fix things so it wasn’t a complete shut out of traffic. But it was invited traffic not just people coming in to sell things going door to door. So unless invited, they weren’t supposed to be there.

There wee a number of times I had to ask people to vacate the street area and they got belligerent. A couple of times they even said “well you don’t own the street so we can be here.” I informed them yes we do, and told them to leave or I’ll call the sheriff’s office and ask them to arrest you for trespassing. One pair was escorted off the property and told not to come back by the deputy when they pushed it that far.

So their association has the privilege if they are paying for the lake to closed it to outside traffic if it is within the area of control recognized by the city, county, and state.

There was no mention of keep out signs but it could be possible the association was within it’s rights. He mentioned two people in three visits asking him if he was a member of the community there and he refused to answer their question. If he had, he could have cleared the whole problem up and been left alone.

But, instead, because he brought up color and the since the two people just happened to be white who asked him, they were racist in his mind. Neither of them knew him apparently and were questioning his being there, both informing him if he wasn’t a member of that community he couldn’t. If there ae other black people living in the community, they didn’t ask him so he immediately called racist.

I remember another person that did approximately the same thing by, in that case, literally starting a physical altercation and got shot for it. His name was Travon Martin. He also had a chip on his shoulder.

Proves only that some blacks are ever vigilant in their search to be offended. I have been chased off of property before. There are always random places that seem off limits regardless of whether they are or not. Bottom line- don’t blame white women if they are afraid of you. Blame the nightly local news.

If you were black and conservative and fishing in the neighborhood you pay taxes in, would you feel the same way?
I would be more ticked off than this was. It’s my property, I’m not bothering you, leave me the heck alone.

Yeah this stuff goes on. We all know it does.
But the left’s narrative is that it’s ALL THAT GOES ON is fault.
And yes there are two many black knuckleheads that behave in ways that makes it hard for upright law abiding blacks.
