Yes.. But. How does any sort of liability work? could that somehow negate any immunity deals from side effects that the Pharma companies have now?
By Fla reclassifying this not as a medicine. But as a weapon. Might open the flood gates to suits against the manufacturers? even if suits were ONLY in florida by effected residents.
That will increase Trump’s lead in primary states from 39 to 45 over DeSantis.

I don’t think if every paralegal in the country dropped everything and worked on these suits they could get it done.
Of course, we are probably down about 1000 paralegals these days due to them having been mandated by their firms to get the vaxseems and now being permanently disabled.
I thank God every day that I wasn’t stupid enough or gullible enough to have that crap swirling around in my blood stream at this moment.
At this point…what’s the point? Intelligent people have figured out the vaccine. Declaring it a weapon seems a bit over the top to satisfy some fringe folks. DeSantis loses me when he starts spouting BS like this.
