Except that he hit her on purpose and meant to do it at an angle so he could get her down. If you listen to the tape, he was accelerating as he hit her. He might have gone too far. And the shifting of the car sounded like a stick rather than an auto...strange there.

Literally knocked her right out of her shoes.
She stuck a gun in someones face, took their car and wrecked it hitting another car. She was uninjured. Would you prefer that they shoot her?! She only cared about her phone, shoe and her money. I think she got off VERY easy.
