Accused killer refused public defender at arraignment
A Connecticut man decapitated his landlord with a sword during a dispute over unpaid rent, authorities said.
Hartford police responded to a 911 call the morning of July 25 from landlord Victor King, who said his roommate, Jerry Thompson, had been waving a Samurai sword at him, according to the Hartford Courant.
The pair was arguing about Thompson’s overdue rent, with King telling Thompson he had to move out if he couldn't pay.
The following morning, police received calls from King’s friends who were concerned for his safety after they couldn't reach him.
Officers forced their way into King’s home later that afternoon and found his body slashed and covered in bedding, with blood everywhere.
A medical examiner’s report observed injuries consistent with a large, edged weapon, noting “lacerations to the … right arm, upper chest and across the neck causing decapitation,” KTLA 5 reported.
“It was pretty brutal,” King’s cousin, Jim Banks, told the Courant. “I can’t imagine him doing anything that would provoke somebody. That just wasn’t in his personality.”

That’s the kind of thing you see and have nightmares about.
I notice he called the police to tell them he was being threatened by his roommate waving a sword around, but the police do not seem to have responded to that call.
Hartford is a complete crap hole.

If he claims sovereign status, then that’s an act of war, and we are justified in blowing him up with the weapon of our choice.
A sovereign (State National) has shed Maritime Law, but is bound by Common Law.
Common Law includes the crime of Murder (harm to another human).
Evidently the police in Hartford don’t care about threats of black-on-white violence.

‘Sovereign Citizen’ is an oxymoron.
If you are sovereign, you by definition are not a citizen (aka, a ‘Citizen of the United States for America’).
An American ‘Citizen’ today is a 14th-amendment creation, that did not exist from the Framing in 1789 thru the ratification of the 14th.
The landlord should have told them his tenant was misgendering him, then the cops probably would have been right over.
A “target-rich environment” spawned in the pit of hell itself.
