CDC Claims On Covid Vaccination And Natural Immunity Made Without Seeing Underlying Data: FOIA Document

In a new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) response, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now admits that it recommended COVID-19 vaccines for people who had recovered from COVID-19 despite the fact that CDC subject matter experts didn't have access to the underlying data.

The stunning disclosure came in reply to a FOIA request for information on the CDC’s claim, first made on Oct. 29, 2021, that unvaccinated people with previous infection were five times more likely to get COVID-19 than vaccinated people.

The CDC’s claim was based on a CDC study published in the Nov. 9, 2021, edition of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. The conflicts-of-interest section of the study had noted that a number of the study’s authors were being sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Merck, Sanofi, and GlaxoSmithKline. At least four of the listed pharmaceutical companies were involved in the manufacturing and sale of COVID-19 vaccines.

Given that the conflict-of-interest disclosures were made at the time the study was first published, the CDC would have been aware of the heightened need to scrutinize its findings. However, this appears not to have happened. Notably, the CDC’s public pronouncement about unvaccinated COVID-19 survivors being five times more likely to get reinfected was made on the same day that the study was released as a preprint. This would have left no time for any review.

A lawyer who specializes in FOIA cases subsequently made a formal request for the data underlying the study. Last week, the CDC replied by admitting that the CDC didn't have this data. According to the CDC, the data was held by an "external partner organization and was maintained by a contractor." Notably, the CDC also acknowledged that "CDC subject matter experts didn't receive copies of the raw data prior to the contract termination."

Put another way, the CDC made its vaccination recommendation for people who already had COVID-19 without ever seeing or having had access to the underlying data. Furthermore, that data is now no longer available, meaning that neither the CDC, nor the general public, may ever know what it said.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) had previously pointed out problems with the CDC’s study. He further highlighted the fact that the study’s authors had conflicts of interest. Mr. Massie’s concerns have now not only been confirmed but have also been aggravated by the fact that the CDC never reviewed or audited the study.

The CDC’s failure to scrutinize the study before making sweeping recommendations to the public is exacerbated by the fact that the emergency use authorizations for COVID-19 vaccines specifically excepted people who had previously been infected with COVID-19.

Pfizer’s emergency use authorization specifically stated that the “available data are insufficient to determine whether such individuals could benefit from vaccination.” Moderna’s emergency use authorization acknowledged that its vaccine study “was not designed to assess the benefit in individuals with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection.” Johnson and Johnson’s emergency use authorization used similar wording.

When it was pointed out in 2021 that the emergency use authorizations for COVID-19 vaccines didn't account for people who had already had the disease, Twitter (now known as X) promptly marked this fact as misinformation.

The existence of natural immunity, meaning that the human body remembers how to fight off diseases that it has previously been afflicted with, has been known since ancient Greek times. When the plague tore through ancient Athens in 430 B.C., Thucydides noted that those who had been previously afflicted weren't getting sick. He stated that "the same man was never attacked twice–never at least fatally." However, when COVID-19 broke out, the CDC appears to have cast aside 2,500 years' worth of medical wisdom. As we now know, the CDC did this without accessing or analyzing the underlying data.

The latest revelations about the CDC are the topic of an upcoming episode of "Truth Over News" to be aired on EpochTV on Nov. 15.

This is adults hospitalized with Covid-like symptoms, and unvaxed people are known to be unvaxed via the database. Those claiming to have had Covid may or may not have had it. This does NOT say those who were tested previously to have had Covid were 5X more likely to test positive — IF THEY WERE IN THE HOSPITAL WITH COVID SYMPTOMS. It does not say that.

The Epoch Times is just using the CDC's own criteria. The CDC didn't require a Covid test when people died, they allowed the doctors to just speculate or put died 'with' cases as the primary cause of death. A person who died within 60 days of a positive Covid test could be deemed to have died of Covid, even though they had no symptoms. A reporter asked a CDC spokesperson, what about motorcycle accident within 60 days of a postive Covid test - would that be a Covid death, and the spokesperson said it would count as Covid death, but reminded the crowd that those instances would not be numerous.
ALl through the Covid scamdemic, the CDC labeled everything/everyone it could as a 'Covid death' even when the attending physician insisted the person died of Cancer. Sadly the CDC denied medical treatment to anyone deemed to have Covid, test or not. People calling in to hospitals without a postive Covid test, were told to stay home until their lips turned blue and they needed oxygen.
So the Epoch Times is using CDC criteria - those people were counted as pandemic 'case counts' even though they didn't have a (worthless) positive PCR 'test'.
The CDC is so much worse than the Epoch Times describes in this article. The CDC knowingly created a Covid 'test' out of a laboratory assay which, according to inventor Kary Mullis, was incapable of diagnosing anything. THEN the CDC gave the test a reference sequence of nucleotides (telling the test what to look for) which was NOT the Covid virus, but a 'related Corona Virus'. So none of the stats for 'Covid' during the Covid pandemic are valid as their fake 'test' wasn't trying to identify the Covid virus. And WHY did the CDC do this? Because the CDC claimed, after telling us Covid was a world threatening virus, that the Covid virus was 'unavailable.' Throughout the pandemic, the CDC continued to use a 'non-test' which identifies the presence of a 'related corona virus' to make policy and vaccination decisions for Covid. The CDC never addressed that urgent need. It's worse though because the CDC told us that Covid was a 'novel' (classification) virus. This meant that we would have zero immunity to it because there was nothing like it. And yet, the CDC based the PCR on a 'related corona virus'.
Oh but it's worse! The CDC participated in the development of 'vaccines' which according to the FTC were legitimately known as 'gene therapy' knowing that the pharma companies were using the PCR to 'prove' whether vaccines work to reduce illness. Get that? The non-test PCR test, which identifies the presence of a 'related Corona Virus' which the CDC already told us didn't exist because Covid was supposedly a 'novel' virus, was used to 'validate' Covid 'vaccines'. Which means there is no valid data proving the vaccines work, or even that anyone throughout the pandemic had the actual covid virus.The CDC knew this.
Oh but it's worse. The CDC knew about adverse events and hid them from the public. It created back channels to hide adverse events. Oh and the CDC used 'relative risk redution' stats to falsely inflate efficacy rates of the 'vaccines'. There's so much more the CDC did that was devious and wrong.

The Epoch Times article *is* filled with a lot of innuendo, suggesting that the CDC hid data or something. Epoch Times is good at that kind of “reporting.”

Innuendo is not the same as presenting solid facts.

Of course, the Epoch Times authors do not expect or want anyone to actually go back and read the article.

The study was a collaboration between CDC researchers and university, hospital, and other researchers.

Another study published in MMWR showed that among people who had previously had Covid, those who did not subsequently get vaccinated were 2.34 times more likely to get reinfected with Covid than those who got vaccinated. This shows that, even for people who have had Covid, it is beneficial to get vaccinated.

The utter absurdity of claiming their stupid, dangerous, useless mRNA vaxxes were somehow superior to natural immunity is one of the greatest government/media establishment whoppers of my lifetime.

It is scientists, not the media, not the government, who determined that vaccination is a far superior method of becoming immune to Covid than getting sick.

Antivax rhetoric seems to promote the idea that immunity is an endpoint health goal. It is not. The health goal is to avoid disease. The best way to avoid disease is to get vaccinated.

During infection, viruses force your cells to make tons of mRNA. There are 29 different virus mRNAs that the SARS-CoV-2 virus forces your cells to make.

Can you understand that that having a virus forcing your body to make 29 mRNAs and 29 proteins results in a far higher dose of mRNA and spike protein than you will ever get in a vaccine?

This is not correctly worded.

WHO determined the criteria for death attribution. It was that the attending physician would label a death to be Covid if in the judgement of that doc the death was “substantially” of that cause. This was embraced globally, with one exception.

In contrast, China did not use the WHO norm. Their declaration of a Covid death required complete failure of the respiratory system (essentially impossible with ventilators). Deaths by avalanche of organ failure due to insufficient oxygen would not be labeled a Covid death.

CDC did not invent this. Money to hospitals did not invent this. WHO did, and the world used it.

MOST IMPORTANT, before AND after there was any money flowing to hospitals with Covid deaths, the Excess Death curves of ALL CAUSES aligned very closely with death counts attributed to Covid. Particularly so in early 2022 when there were no defensive measures in place. Excess Deaths of sufficient number to lower society Life Expectancy aligned with Covid declaration. Those huge death spikes were dying of Covid. Not imaginary Covid.

There are still some fringe people wandering around believing Covid did not exist. Excess Deaths are the Gold Standard, and they are undeniable.

Hey, if you swallowed their lies and propaganda, there’s not much I can do, but I do know the following...

(1) Everyone I know, vaxxed and unvaxxed, ultimately got covid. And there was no appreciable difference in severeness of illness among the vaxxed and unvaxxed I know.

(2) Two people I know died with 24 hours of receiving a covid vax. Another person I know was hospitalized within 12 hours of receiving a covid-vax. None of these 3 people are ill prior to the vaccine or suffering from any sort of terminal disease.

(3) Everyone I know who has had covid multiple times was vaxxed. I, and everyone else I know who was unvaxxed, has only had covid once.
