Is there a possibility that you are suffering from something other than Long Covid? It could be more than one thing or any weird arrangement.

A lot of people are promoting nattokinase for micro-clotting. Others suggest a combo of nattokinase with serrapeptase.
Have you had a FULL exam since these symptoms started?? Do NOT just assume that this is long Covid the symptoms could be something serious, I have not heard of nausea with long Covid!! Fatigue and shortness of breath YES but the other symptoms you are experiencing need to be examined by a Dr.!!
Someone I know just got over it, three years later, by doing physical therapy and losing some weight, just started about four months ago.
His taste is finally back, and his O2 is back to normal, 97%, the last time he told me.

Could have caused a vestibular malfunction. If you can’t afford being checked out for it or seeing a physical therapist you can do the same things physical therapists do
I am completely shocked at what effects me during physical therapy. I had no idea. Retraining the brain is working for at least part of the issues.

Supplements are the lowest level resposibility in the world of drugs and because they do not require any testing by the AMA, FDA, or any other governing body they bear no duty to care. And a number of supplements have been misadvertised in the safety area. If you have a question about the saftey of a drug or supplement, go on the web and type in the substance and ask for an msds (material safety data sheet) There is one on file, at least, for everything legally, and sometimes illegally, that is dispensed in the US. It will identify dangers and use problems.
