The boss of the street food vendor who was racially harassed by former President Barack Obama’s National Security Chief Stuart Seldowitz says that he wants to “slap” the ex-government official with a lawsuit.
“We want to sue him for harassment and hate speech. I consider this hate-speech, not freedom of speech,” Islam Moustafa, owner of the Q Halal Cart grill, told the New York Post this week.
Earlier this week, Mohammed Hussein, 24, told DailyMail.com that he did nothing to provoke the abuse he suffered from Seldowitz and has now been left fearful to go to work.
Hussein said on Wednesday morning that the harassment began two weeks ago, when he claims 64-year-old Seldowitz started targeting him at random, asking him where he was from and then scolding him about the war with Hamas in Israel and Gaza.
“Mohamed’s a little scared; he’s a little worried — especially after finding out this guy used to work for the government. How do you ask a little 24-year-old if he ever raped his daughter?” Moustage told the Post. …

The problem is that he couldn’t trust any lawyer dumb enough to take the case.
Is the basic premise of this report that an Obola clown said mean words to someone repeatedly and was arrested for that and now is going to be sued? Maybe?
The Obola clown is no-doubt scum of the earth since look who he worked for, but isn’t free speech still a thing?
