Success has many fathers. Failure is an orphan. Hamas is failing.

If it is, that is good news.... for the moment.

As long as there is a Holy Koran and there are true believing Muslims there will be Jihad.

Infidels (us) have a very short view and memory of things.

While we think about the present and next quarter, they think in several past and future centuries.

Hamas will simply be replaced with some other group and the fight will go on.

Westerners who have read the print versions of the Holy Quran sold in the USA in the last few decades believe Islam is a "religion of peace" because the translations have been radically changed to make it appear to be.

https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/16955

This is a link to a free book on Gutenberg.org, three translations by 3 Imams of the Holy Quran side by side.

Anyone who reads this will understand what is going on and what will be going on.

Due to compelling national interest, for the survival of the military regime, and for the prosperity and security of its governing elite, Egypt is a status quo power. They are therefore deeply hostile to Hamas and other Muslim radicals and terrorists and are de facto allies of Israel against them. Egypt is thus content to let Israel destroy Hamas.

Over and above that, Egypt *just* got rid of the *extremely* detested Muslim Brotherhood that were running their country for a while. They absolutely *hate* people like that now, and have since been extremely hostile to Hamas even before the war. The “status quo” thing went away when the Brotherhood took over for a few years.

Egypt is not Hamas.

Never has been, except when Obozo forced Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood on them.

Sisi is no friend of Terrorists. And Sisi worked with Israel quietly to seal off their border to Israel by rooting out Hamas’s tunnels from Gaza.

Egyptians are not Arabs.

I have old friends in Cairo.

Obozo was the only reason that the Muslim Brotherhood came to power in Egypt.

Fact.

And he is still committing his evil upon the USA.

There is more to this than just Egypt.

The Israelis exposed the UN in not only aiding Hamas in a huge scale, but in actually participating in the Hamas raid into Israel. The UN acted directly against the USA also.

The US will cut off a huge portion of the UN funding.

Is Nash Lebanese? His accent is not Egyptian.

I agree, everyone is afraid of the damage that will be done to the UN when the IDF invade the southern and remaining Hamas stronghold. The documents they will find, the co-location of UN aid & humanitarian facilities with terrorist facilities when presented to the world will be shocking.

Israel intends to end the terrorist threat once and for all with Nuremberg style trials so that the world will know all the details. That scares the Deep State powers throughout the world that support the UN.

Jordan just announced that no proper Muslim should ever condone the October 6th killing, rape, torture and kidnapping. Egypt, knows how evil the terrorists are and absolutely wants them defeated and a more passive government set up in Gaza that will not get Egypt in trouble with the rest of the world.

Negative, the majority of Egyptian people still voted for/supported it - at least initially - even if they were duped into doing so.

It wasn’t a very large majority, to be fair, and they extremely quickly learned why that was a bad idea.

Patterson, Hillary and Obozo are the players.

To this day all of them are hated in Egypt.

Egyptians are not dummies.

Rightly so, but the Egyptians, even if only briefly, did fall for what Obozo was selling…

Egypt today is too large and too dependent on income and aid from the West to be governed as an Islamic dictatorship. Over the long term, Egypt’s large population and the authority of her Islamic institutions may help to moderate Islam and undermine the Muslim Brotherhood.

It appears that the main project of the UN for the past decades is the destruction of one of its constituent states, namely Israel. This UN should not exist, it should be terminated.

Since the current UN took seven weeks to take up the issue of the mass rape, torture and killing of hundreds of Israeli women during the October 7 massacre, the continued existence of such an organization is even more outrageous. It makes one wonder if the violence and violations of Christain Africans, Yazidis, Kurds and other peoples in conflict with certain reconstituted imperialistic movements are also not getting the support and attention they deserve.

In a multipolar world, an international organization built to protect these peoples from a reconstituted Islamic imperialism may be necessary.
