Non-binary student, 16, dies after girls ‘beat her head across the floor’ in bathroom assault: reports
An Oklahoma teen died earlier this month after she and another student were severely beaten inside a school bathroom, according to reports.
Sophomore Dagny Benedict, 16, was involved at a fight at Owasso High School in suburban Tulsa on February 7, according to 2 News.
A school staffer finally broke up the melee after Benedict, a straight A student, and a classmate were battered for an extended period — reportedly by three older female students.
While her family’s obituary used female pronouns, mother Sue Benedict told The Independent the teen was non-binary and used the name “Nex.”
The heartbroken parent said the other victim was also non-binary.
The mom said Benedict was often bullied at school, and had fallen and hit her head during the bathroom fight.

We had several albinos that were harassed often.
He was told by parents and teachers that it was okay to go in the girls’ room. The girls had a different idea. Adults who okayed and encouraged this are guilty of accessories to murder.

Ill answer your retort now, Its a shame this happened and more of a shame this person wasnt hospitalized where they could get some mental health. and even more of a shame is the family let this kid go into the world with obvious mental issues.
I dont support what happened, but I also dont believe the beating was meant to kill that kid.

Perhaps a small percentage of bullies are (consciously or subconsciously) trying to get the weird kid in line. But the huge majority of today’s bullies harass the weird kid solely because the weird kid is weak.
It’s not much different than kicking a sick cat just because you can.
I’m a retired public high school teacher. I saw such bullying way too often. The administrators didn’t care. And forget about fighting back. It’s not the ‘Leave It To Beaver’ days anymore. Bullies now travel in gangs. My advice to a badly bullied kid was always the same: Get out of here. Go to better school, ASAP.

I am guessing that in addition to being of a different sex than this young man, the killer students were also of a different race.
When there is a racial or clear social difference between bully and victim, the brutality is often over the top - escalated. This murder is in no way justified, but the race difference may have made it easier for the killer students to depersonalize/ dehumanize this student, and commence to ‘go to war’ with him.
Trans students need their own restrooms.
Not a good idea to declare one’s self non-binary. Not a good idea if one is born a man to go into girls areas. That kind of mental illness is not going to be accepted by everyone.
If a gender-confused individual wants to cross-dress with his crazy friends he shouldn’t put it on display. Unfortunate incident but the mentally ill should keep their sexual identity in the bedroom.
The individual wasn't killed in the women's bathroom.
The individual was involved in an altercation in the bathroom, was taken to the hospital, and was later released.
The next day the individual reportedly collapsed at home and was taken to the hospital.
While the physical injuries in the fight may have been a contributor to this individual's death, it could have been something else, especially knowing the mental health issues of people with Gender Dysphoria.
I think the kid was female, as in born XX vagina.
I think she was saying she was neither, both, or some made up option.

In America everything is so convoluted with pronouns, nuanced messaging and euphemisms that you can't even figure out what the hell happened.
Why do they allow their children to step foot in a public school?
There is no excuse!
When our society tolerates, celebrates and encourages sick deviant behaviours, expect more violent reactions.
Watching YT shorts, non-binary usually points to a purple-green haired, mentally ill females.
