Every few days the past month, my phone receives a text message from an unknown number, purporting to be Nikki Haley, and telling me to get information on how to support her by clicking a link in the message.
YEAH, RIGHT.
Of course, it's almost certainly not really from Nikki, it's MALWARE from some cretin looking to scam me. So I hit "Delete and Report Junk". Again, and again, and again....
I'd guess a lot of folks are getting these. BTW, I'm in Upstate NY, registered Independent.
Man, I really hate malware scammers. Find 'em and hang 'em.
Nikki’s texts are a cancer needless to say.

Its not just Nikki. Every Republican candidate is doing it - Trump, Don Trump Jr., DeSantis when he was in, Scott. Its incredibly annoying.
They’re continuing the process of generating political apathy with non-DEM voters.
She’s getting desperate.
Which only shows she’s needy and desperate.

I hate how you can hit “Delete and report Junk” but your provider and/or Apple don’t seem to learn, no matter how many times you hit it.
Now, if you report certain content as junk in most email services, after a couple times they go strait to junk.
You’d think the phone com companies would be able to do this too, but I suspect their bread is buttered on the other side.
Hard pass on that.

And I don't open links I don't recognize. Hell, I don't even open the ones I -do- recognize.
It’s incredibly annoying alright, but nearly all of them are probably scammers hoping to cash in on the Trump name and others.
I guess I’m fortunate because I keep getting President Trump texting me. I keep sending him money and he keeps hitting me up more often. The more I send him, the more he hits me up. “Dig deep! We are losing the nation. Pay all you can!”
LOL...just kidding. I say Capital Punishment for all spammers!! And graffiti guys, too.

A good portion of these scammers operate out of call centers in India. I suppose they pay off the local police to be left alone.
Now, here’s what bothers me.
One, our government does nothing to warn people about these scams. And older folks especially need to know. So how about warning letters that go out with Social Security info? And maybe a few public service announcements here and there.
And two, our government does nothing to stop those call centers. We can put a man on the Moon. But we don’t care to cyberattack known criminal call centers.
There are guys on YouTube that do cyberattack these criminals. But they can only do so much.
On the bright side, we no longer hear about Nigerian Princes wanting you to deposit $10,000 with them so they can get you the $100 million left to you by a long-lost aunt.
It also appears they figured out my male member has reached MAXIMUM POSSIBLE SIZE since I bought all of their supplements.
Are you trying to say that Nikki Haley is not malware?

I had a bunch of those towards the end of last year, they seem to have stopped for the moment.
