If this is Ukraine stooping to terrorist attacks, they have lost the war, and all support for it. Standing at point blank range shooting into a crouched group of people that have no hope for escape. These are cold blooded killers on a mission.

Remains to be seen. I don`t believe the Ukrainians are behind this. They have nothing to gain from random civilian shootings. It would just end up making it more difficult for their international supporters to keep backing them.

That’s my scientific wild ass guess also. This has a Chechen feel to it. If the Ukes did this, they are about to have a whole new level of war. Also, Ukes are not usually suicide attack types. So I think its going to be moslems again.
But if its moslems, THAT is a whole other few questions. Moscow has been diplomatically supporting Hamas against Israel. This would be very some low IQ poor timing for moslems to attack Moscow. Which I guess, again points towards moslems.

Doubtful. If a bomb blew up, you could make an argument, But I don’t see FSB men doing a suicide attack where they are certain to get killed.
