The article does not appear to state which Y-DNA haplogroup is most common among the Blackfoot Indians, but for most indigenous groups in the Americas it is Q, which is found in much lower percentages in Asia and Europe.
I'm in a different haplogroup, but a couple of families I am descended from belong to the Q haplogroup (in Europe). I wonder how it got to their part of Europe.
