I'm going to have to do both a computer file and print outs.I would go with the PowerPoint option then.
Just make sure that the person you're sending the file to has the same version, or newer, of PowerPoint that you do.

The reason I'm doing this is the breeder's computer is shot and she is working on getting a new one - when that happens she will have the newest update of PowerPoint - because we're giving it to her!!!!
